Eligibility
Eligibility for benefits varies by full-time, part-time, or temporary status. Temporary and Interns receive paid sick time and may participate in the company’s Employee Emergency Relief Fund, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Retirement Plan, and Employee Share Purchase Plan. Additionally, part-time maintenance employees receive a maintenance career wear allowance.

Employee Apartment Discount
We provide a 20% rent discount at Camden communities for full-time team members. Part-time team members enjoy a 10% rent discount.

Education Assistance
We reimburse full-time team members who have been with the company more than six months up to $5,250 per year for approved college courses.

Employee Emergency Relief Fund
Camden team members who have experienced a financial hardship due to natural disaster, family emergency, or other unexpected event, may apply for short-term assistance in the form of a grant to cover basic living expenses.
