Holiday Pop-Up Bars
The winter cold doesn’t stop the drinks from flowing in Nashville! Bars of all kinds will take on temporary, unique themes to celebrate the holiday season.
Nicky’s Coal Fired in the Nations transforms into Saint Nicky’s. Send letters to Santa while drinking snowy cocktails from the North Pole Post Office/outdoor bar, capture photos of your festive fun from the photo booth, play themed games, and eat holiday bites like the returning Christmas Tree Pasta. Attend a special event at Saint Nicky’s for even extra holiday fun, including cookie decorating family fun with Santa on December 15.
Take a winter retreat to Lodge 27. Located on the 27th floor of The Westin, enjoy the stunning Nashville skyline while sipping holiday spirits at this ski-lodge-themed rooftop lounge until January 8.
Experience Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar at The Virgin Hotel near Camden Music Row in Midtown Nashville. Craft a festive cocktail or two of your own at home a few steps away before or after your visit to Mariah’s winter wonderland. From now until December 29, you can eat and drink while jamming to 30 years of Mariah’s holiday hits.
Check out the Fairlane Hotel for the beloved Misfit Bar, Hidden-ville at Noelle Nashville, Tinsel Tavern at Sports & Social Green Hills, and A Very Merry Bar Car at the Union Station Hotel for more Nashville holiday pop-up fun.

Cheekwood Estate & Gardens
Experience Cheekwood’s Holiday Lights walking path with over a million lights lighting your way. This is the 10th year that Cheekwood Estate & Gardens is hosting this seasonal event. For the full experience, take the one-mile journey through the garden to see the lights and then tour the Historic Mansion. Former White House florist Laura Dowling’s holiday decorations that dawn the Mansion are sure to impress. There are festive cocktails to be had – and cocoa! Enjoy one drink offering or both with a s’more while browsing the Holiday Marketplace.
The holiday cheer doesn’t stop there at Cheekwood! Cheekwood’s Café 29 offers afternoon holiday tea from now through January 3, featuring seasonal teas, sandwiches, and sweets. Santa can be visited in the Frist Learning Center on Saturdays and Sundays until December 22, and even four-legged friends can get in on the Santa fun on select Saturdays in December.
