One of my favorite holiday memories is walking my neighborhood with my family and looking at beautifully decorated houses. I loved the twinkly lights, gorgeous light-up snowflakes, and candy canes. You can create this magic for everyone in your Camden community by decorating your balcony. Add lights, garland, a tree, or even a blow-up character. Share your holiday cheer with everyone to see!

I love giving small gifts to my neighbors. I have made cookies, holiday potpourri jars, and homemade ornaments. Don't Forget the Pets! Fun Puppy Treats

Let’s not forget our four-legged friends! They need some love, too, this holiday season. Many of our Camden communities have amazing dog parks that pups of all sizes use to run around and meet new friends. Next time you are there, bring some packaged yummy treats to share (of course, ask their owners first). You could even get a bunch of fun new toys to hand out. Nothing says the holidays like a great new ball or stuffed squeaky candy cane toy.

Helping Wrap Gifts

If you are like me, I love turning on a holiday movie, grabbing a cup of hot cocoa, and wrapping gifts. I zone out and wrap, wrap, and wrap some more. Many neighbors are juggling children, work, after-school activities, and all the stress. Offer to help someone wrap their gifts for them. You can put the offer out on your Camden communities' MyCamden board. For many, it would be such a fantastic gift of kindness to have all of their gifts wrapped for them.
