Camden’s culture is one of a kind and what makes this company so special. From day one, I have felt that I found where I belong. Everyone I met had this warmth and positive, energetic attitude that stuck with me, and I know it sticks with our customers. That is what sets Camden apart from the rest is our desire to provide the best experience to our customers which translates to our employees. Camden starts with its employees, who are the core of the company, while others may do it the other way around.

Opportunities and Development

A big part of Camden’s success and why we promote so many employees from within is that Camden prioritizes learning and development. One of my favorite training opportunities is when trainers fly out to our markets and teach us in person with interactive labs. It wouldn’t be Camden without connection! We get to build bonds and relationships with people outside our market who are rooting for us to develop and grow. How cool is that? We also have a variety of guides and resources online that we can always point to in times of uncertainty.

Camden Cares

Another great thing that drew me to Camden was the dedication to giving back and serving the local communities. I have always believed in this, and working for a company that feels the same way is refreshing. Here in the Arizona market, we have done several events ranging from hosting school or food drives, creating care packages for active-duty military and veterans, and cleaning up local parks.

Benefits

Camden offers employees a long list of benefits. While some of the benefits we get are common in any company you work for, the unique ones are the ones I brag about to all my friends and family. One of my favorite benefits is our employee vacation suites across Camdens nationwide where I can stay for $20 a night. My husband and I just visited Orlando, went to Disneyworld for the first time and felt right at home at Camden World Gateway! Some other honorable mentions include our employee apartment discount, education assistance and adoption benefits.

Events

Camden always hosts the best events for their employees, the best one obviously being our yearly ACE awards, where individuals and teams are recognized in a big way with awards and recognition. The whole state gets together to celebrate; our teams in Arizona do it right with tons of energy, confetti, and fun!
