St Pete Pier Fall Festival – October 8th and 9th • The free family event is a must-do! Two full days where you and your family can enjoy a pumpkin patch, live music, great food and awesome kids’ activities. This event is within walking distance from our Downtown St. Pete communities, Camden Pier District and Camden Central.

Oktoberfest – October 7th – 9th • Curtis Hixon Park in Downtown Tampa will be turned into a fantastic beer garden filled with lederhosen, giant pretzels, delicious brats and, of course, beer. Grab your tickets today to enjoy this amazing three-day festival. Oktoberfest is just minutes from Camden Preserve but easy to get to from all our Tampa communities.

5th Annual Fall Vintage Market – October 16th

• Over 90 local vendors will be at this vintage market. Find some hidden treasures to add to your apartment home. This free event will have food trucks and live music as well. This is only minutes from our Brandon, FL communities, Camden Royal Palms and Camden Visconti.

Raprager Fall Pumpkin Festival & Haunted Farm - Select days & times through Nov 13th

• Grab your tickets to this wonderful family friendly event in Tampa. Hayrides, pumpkin painting, petting zoo, bounce pillow, axe throwing, and more awaits you at Raprager Farm. At 5 PM, monsters and Zombies roam a haunted barn that you can scream through.
