The Midtown area is a special gem inside the Houston Loop. In this area there are four Camden communities: Camden City Centre, Camden Midtown, Camden Travis Street, and Camden McGowen Station. I’ve not only worked at a Camden in the Midtown area but have lived at a Camden community as well. It is simply amazing all the things you have around you with a couple-minute walk. Walkability in Houston is hard to find and if that is what you are looking for, a Camden in this area is the best choice. The Midtown are is also central to a lot in the City of Houston itself!

I lived at Camden City Centre and loved how close it was to Buffalo Bayou Park. Buffalo Bayou Park has a lot to offer: green space, hike and bike trails, an outdoor play area, dog park, public art, and more. It’s a great location for those looking for things to do outdoors while living in the city. Another favorite while living there was Gyu-Kaku, you must try their Beef Sukiyaki Fried Rice Bowl.

Camden Midtown, a community unlike the others in the area. The community offers an abundance of green space for your enjoyment, something hard to come by in the city. Camden Midtown also offers town homes, perfect for those who want more space. A great bonus is that you are within walking distance to Randall’s grocery store. It does not get easier than that!

For those who enjoy a small community feel, Camden Travis Street was made for you. The biggest bonus of Camden Travis Street itself is having direct access parking with elevators! Coffee lovers will also love that Starbucks is across the street from the community.

Camden McGowen Station is your ticket to explore other areas of Houston , sharing a side of the community with the METRORail. There is no better place to be if you want to venture to other parts of Houston. A quick ride on the METRORail to see the Astros, Rockets, Dynamo, and Texans play, the Houston Museum District, local eateries, stopping by Camden Downtown to see your friends, and so much more. Come sprig time you are extra lucky and can use the METRORail to go to the Houston Rodeo. The convenience of living next to the METRORail is unmatched. Camden McGowen Station is also adjacent to the Midtown Park. Midtown Park is host to so many events and opportunities. It brings so much more to your living experience.
